


Thanks for the help and sorry if my english isn't too good, as it is not my primary language. I'm using a quadcore with 3GB of RAM, Intel G45/G43 Express, and the screen is a Samsung SyncMaster 943SN 18,5'' Wide TFT-LCD

Now I've tried updating the drivers but I get the message they are up to date. There just aren't any choices! I followed the instructions of the other post I've seen here, and the outpout from the comands were as follows:ĪBI class: X.Org Video Driver, version 2.0 The problem is that, no matter what system configuration I choose (KDe or Gnome) I get absolutelly no choice in the matter of screen resolution. It's like this: I own a computer and recently installed Debian 5 32bit. I've already seen a case exactly like mine (at least apparently) here in the forum.
